Cutroom uses @soundtouchjs/core 2.1.1 and
@soundtouchjs/interpolation-strategy-lanczos 2.1.1.
One modification: interpolationStrategyRegistry.js uses a relative import for
the vendored Lanczos module. All other library code is unmodified.
